Kiva at Beaver Creek is one of the resort’s original luxury ski lodges. Since its completion in 1983, the property maintains a quality reputation for location, service and spacious living areas. Personally attending to our owners and guests is a tradition put forth by our original management team.
We are the only property in Beaver Creek that can showcase the commitment of the original management people still on the job. Each residence is individually owned and decorated with upgrades appropriated for today’s Beaver Creek vacationer.
