Deposit
A deposit equivalent to 25% of total balance is due within 10 days of verbal confirmation by credit card or check. Remaining balance is due 31 days prior to arrival for Value, Regular and Discount Seasons, by check. Remaining balance due 7 days in advance for Summer Season. For the Holiday Season, the Remaining balance is due by October 1, by check. Monies received may be deposited into an interest bearing account payable to KPM.
Security Deposit
A credit card imprint is requested at check-in for damages and incurred charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
All reservations cancelled are subject to $50.00 per unit cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture during Value, Discount, Regular and Holiday Season. Reservations cancelled less than 6 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture during Summer Season. Holiday Season reservations cancelled after October 1 are subject to full forfeiture. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival must give credit card. Credit cards will be charged if the number is given and the same cancellation policies apply. Reservations made through outside reservation systems may be subject to other cancellation policies.
Checking In - 4:00 P.M.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Please register and check in at the Kiva Front desk. At check in, you will be assigned a parking spot and directed to your condominium or private townhome. A credit card imprint is taken at check in for security and incurred charges. For arrivals after office hours, please pick up your key packet at the Beaver Creek Welcome Gate at the entrance to Beaver Creek and check in the following morning at the KIVA front desk.

Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Please check out at the KIVA front desk. If checking out before office hours, please call the front desk to arrange check out.

Continental Breakfast
Complimentary continental breakfast, consisting of pastries, coffee and
juices, is served in our main lobby at the KIVA from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
during ski season.
Daily Maid Service
Daily maid service is included in the nightly room rate and is provided between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Concierge Service
Our concierge can assist you with information and making reservations for dinner, massage, snow mobile tours, ground transportation, babysitting, etc.

Pets
Due to Beaver Creek Resort rules we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
Getting Here
Getting to Beaver Creek is simple. The resort is a scenic 110 mile drive from Denver on Interstate 70 West. Exit 167. South through Avon directly to Beaver Creek. Stop at Beaver Creek welcome gate. Follow Village Road for approx. 2 miles, make left on Offerson Road (Eastern Village). Follow Offerson Road for approx. ¾ mile. KIVA is on left.
Insurance
Travel Insurance is offered. Cost is 7 ½% of total trip. Please inquire for further details.
Taxes
The rates do not include the current tax of 10.99%
Ski Lifts
Please check with the KIVA concierge for the closest access to and from the chairlifts for your particular unit.
Pool and Hot Tubs
Outdoor hot tubs are located throughout the Meadows complex. An outdoor pool is located at the Highlands Lodge.
Parking
There is one parking space per townhome available.
