KIVA is the only building still operated by its original management team. JT Thomas, maintenance superintendent, and Susan Christensen have been here since 1983, when the building was built. Louise Sanchez, assistant manager, joined us in 1985. Roberta Dorfman, reservations manager, is the newest of our core group. She has been with us 15 years. Most of our maids have been at the KIVA for the past 5 ski seasons. We hope this will assure you that we are ready to serve you according to your direction. Our history and flexibility allow us to listen and care for your condo with a one on one approach.
