The difference we offer at Kiva is a ski in ski out location at the edge of paradise. Out the front door are the joys of Beaver Creek village and out the back is forest and wilderness. In fact, these peaceful views have become increasingly popular and provide an occasional glimpse of the local fauna.
Guests enjoy the escape from traffic and noise of the central village. Unlike some of the large hotel-like properties, Kiva rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our guests enjoy huge living spaces, a private pool complex and KIVA’s welcoming Colorado hospitality.
Rental units have been updated and each residence provides a relaxed, “home-like” feel rather than the generic, cookie-cutter décor of other lodges in the village.
