Kiva’s condominiums are ski-in ski-out homes on the mountain. In winter, you are provided with a daily newspaper and continental breakfast in the lobby. The concierge is ready with ideas, bell staff provides assistance with luggage and daily maid service is a favorite amenity. The front desk is staffed 15 hours a day during prime winter season. Our condominium guests can enjoy a social atmosphere with other families. Kids splash around in the pool while the adults cocktail near the barbeque grill. It’s a great place to meet new friends with common interests.
